What can I ask my customer success manager about?

Absolutely anything! Your customer success manager is there to answer any and all questions you might have about Teamflect. Not sure how some of the features work? Is there a feature you would like Teamflect to implement? Contact your customer success manager and we'll take care of the rest.

Is my customer success manager only there to help me with implemenatation support?

No! Your customer success manager will be working with you throughout the duration of your Teamflect contract. Whenever you need help, feel free to schedule a meeting from their calendar and get the help you need.

Do you offer end-user & admin training?

Yes, we do! And it is free of charge! With how intuitive Teamflect is, we are positive your team can get the hang of the platform rather easily. But if you need the training, we will hop on a call with your staff and help train your end-users and admins.

Is customer support free?

Anyone who uses Teamflect's pro plan, has their own customer success manager assigned to them free of charge! Those who are using Teamflect's free plan can still contact our support team and get the help they need.

Is there an implementation fee?

No, there isn't! Since Teamflect is fully integrated into Microsoft Teams, the entire implementation process only takes a few clicks! But if you need the help, we will work together with your IT department and help implement Teamflect in your organization, free of charge.

How often can I contact support?

You can contact our support staff anytime you want! There is no limit to how many times you can contact your customer success manager. We love hearing from you!
