In 2018, we set our eyes on building an employee engagement and performance management tool to improve the lives of employees because we know that employees are the most valuable assets of companies and they deserve so much more. We continuously explore how we can use the power of data that people create daily to benefit organizations overall.

Our team is spread across the globe as we aim to work with companies from across all continents. While our software developers are based in San Francisco, New York, Bangalore and Istanbul, our Product Specialists, Customer Success Managers are mostly based in London, Amsterdam and Dubai.
