The Professional plan takes it further by adding advanced features that allow you to manage your talent more strategically. With HRIS integration, you can seamlessly connect with over 200 platforms, making data management smoother. You’ll also have access to Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to nurture employee growth, and Succession Planning to identify and develop future leaders. Additionally, the Professional plan gives you a Modern Employee Intranet to enhance internal communication and collaboration. No. The Starter plan is completely free for up to 10 users. If your organization exceeds 10 licenses, you will be required to pay for all users. For example, if you have been using the Starter plan with 10 users and decide to increase your license count to 15 under the Essential or Professional plan, you will be billed for 15 licenses, not just the additional 5.
In our annual plan, you can't decrease the number of licenses until the end of your agreement. However, with our monthly plan, you can increase or decrease your license count every month.

No, you don't! Just log in with your Microsoft account and start using Teamflect. Teamflect's free plan has no time or feature limitations, and you won't need to submit any payment information until you decide to switch to Essential or Professional.
No, you don't need to assign a Teamflect license to your users. The number of licenses you have determines the number of unique users you can have in your user list at a given time. Departed users are automatically deleted from your user list, if "Directory sync" functionality is enabled in Teamflect's Admin Center.
