180-day Review with Self-review Template

The first 180 days are a critical time for new hires to get up to speed, prove themselves and make the most of their time. It's a time when new employees get to know their position and responsibilities, and when employers get to know them as individuals.

At Teamflect, we created a 180-day review with self-review template that will help companies evaluate their employees' performance over the first six months.

The 180-day review with self-review focuses on the employees’ most significant contributions in the first 180 days, their job performance, and what they want to do for personal development. It also considers challenges they face at work and helps employees to determine if they have completed their annual goals and set new ones.

The purpose of 180 day review (with self-review) is to enable the employees to make an evaluation about their working position, job performance, team and managers based on their experience in the first 180 days after starting the job.

180 day review (with self-review) can be conducted when a new employee completes their first 180 days in the company.

180 day review (with self-review) contributes to measuring whether the employee's performance and quality requirements meet company expectations, identifying areas where improvement is needed in the company, and strengthening the relationship between the manager and the employee.
