Complete Farmer is a Ghana-based digital marketplace platform transforming the agricultural value chain in Africa. Connecting farmers, buyers, vendors, and service providers on a single platform, Complete Farmer is creating a more efficient and standardized supply chain that meets international expectations and promotes sustainable agriculture.
But internally, as the company grew and its impact deepened, Complete Farmer needed a better way to align teams, track performance, and drive individual accountability.
We interviewed Baaba Toofah, the ESG and Learning & Development Officer at Complete Farmer, who shared insights into how Teamflect has revolutionized their approach to performance management and goal alignment.

After discovering the power of OKRs through an investor-led session, the leadership team went searching for a tool that could bring structure and clarity to the goal-setting process.

Teamflect's cascading goal-setting features became especially valuable to Baaba, who oversees performance management. The platform has enabled Complete Farmer to create clear alignment from organizational objectives down to individual contributions, ensuring everyone understands their role in the company's agricultural transformation mission.
As useful as a performance management software is, it won't be worth much to an organization if their team can't adopt it. Teamflect made onboarding smooth.
While change management took some effort, the Complete Farmer team received hands-on training from Teamflect's customer success team, followed by internal sessions. What could have been a bumpy transition became an empowering one.
