Connecting farmers, buyers, vendors, and service providers on a single platform, Complete Farmer is creating a more efficient and standardized supply chain that meets international expectations and promotes sustainable agriculture.

But internally, as the company grew and its impact deepened, Complete Farmer needed a better way to align teams, track performance, and drive individual accountability.

That solution came in the form of Teamflect.

Complete Farmer’s journey with Teamflect began in 2023, when the company decided to revamp its performance management system. After discovering the power of OKRs through an investor-led session, the leadership team went searching for a tool that could bring structure and clarity to the goal-setting process.  

Today, Complete Farmer uses Teamflect for goal and task management, performance reviews, feedback, and recognition, all fully integrated inside Microsoft Teams.

We interviewed Baaba Toofah, the ESG and Learning & Development Officer at Complete Farmer about how Teamflect fit into their workflows. “It’s pretty easy to connect goals from the top, then down to C-suite members, managers, and line staff. There are different ways to measure goals, and Teamflect provides all of them.”

As useful as a performance management software is, it won’t be worth much to an organization if their team can’t adopt it. Teamflect made onboarding smooth.  

While change management took some effort, the Complete Farmer team received hands-on training from Teamflect’s customer success team, followed by internal sessions. What could have been a bumpy transition became an empowering one. During the interview, Baaba touched upon how “The Teamflect team gave Complete Farmer a lot of support and conducted training session with them, which helped a lot.”
