Mark Davidson - Chief Information Officer - WRAA: I don't recall that we've really had to use their customer support. The thing that we appreciate about Teamflect is that it is intuitive. You don't really need any training or guidance on it. It's extremely intuitive even for the most troublesome tech user. We were getting tickets and emails saying, "Hey, I need access to Teamflect," and we just purchased a bucket of licenses and I just said, "Go to this website and log in." There's nothing that we need to do. So it was just very seamless, linked with our 365, the hierarchy from who's the manager, who's on what team — just all seamlessly was there from day one. And it was really painless.

But of course, I've always had some questions or trying to see how I can incorporate a requirement there. And whenever I've logged the support ticket, the turnaround has been fast. Teamflect also offered to train my end users for me. I was able to do that on my own and just kind of incorporate our own internal process and policy into that. But the fact that they were willing to jump on a call and train was very much appreciated.
