Invacare, a prominent player in the life sciences and health industry, is a global company known for its innovative mobility solutions. Invacare used a variety of different solutions for different regions, prior to Teamflect. In both their North America and APEC divisions they used two separate top-of-the-market performance management solutions. One was too costly while the other wasn't user-friendly. Their European division on the other hand simply used Sharepoint, a manual and cumbersome performance management method. Lenar and the global team over at Invacare use Teamflect for a wide array of features. While primarily focused on goal setting as well as their performance reviews, the Invacare team also uses Teamflect for their day-to-day tasks as well as surveys!
