October has been a busy month over at the Teamflect headquarters. In between fiery debates on office-appropriate Halloween costumes, the Teamflect product team managed to implement some heavily requested new features, alongside some features Teamflect users didn’t even know they needed!
So in this update, we will be going over all the new features Teamflect received throughout October, and even discuss some upcoming features our users can look forward to in the coming months. What better place to start, than with recognitions? Oh, we know somewhere…
Automation has long been a staple of Teamflect modules. From period-based performance appraisals to pulse surveys, all the way to onboarding tasks, all of our modules support some form of automation aimed at streamlining our users’ workflows.
Our Rewards & Recognition Module, however,had been lacking in the automation department.
Not. Any. More.
We are happy to announce that our users can now automate recognition badges to be sent for employee birthdays and work anniversaries!
The absolute best part of this feature, if you choose to turn it on and use it, is that since Teamflect automatically draws your organizational data from Entra ID, there won’t ever be a need to manually enter birthdays or work anniversaries to start using this feature.
All you need to do to automate birthday and work anniversary recognitions in your organization is to simply head over to the Teamflect Admin Centre and turn these features on!
Speaking of birthdays…
Is there anything worse than forgetting a colleague's birthday? While we absolutely love our automated recognition badges, nothing beats a personal birthday celebration.
To make sure nobody’s big day ever goes unrecognized again, we introduced a brand new notification setting that admins can turn on: Birthday Reminders for Managers and Direct Reports.
When this particular type of notification is turned on, employees receive a notification a day in advance of their manager's or direct report’s birthday.
Teamflect’s Goals Module has always been one of the core functions of the product. It is an area we never stop improving on.
Our users have plenty of control over the goals they set. They can customize each and every aspect of a goal, creating custom goal types, labels, and statuses.
To make managing goals with Teamflect even easier, you can now sort goals by details such as title, status, label,progression, and more!
While this is a rather small improvement, we believe it will make our Goals Module even more intuitive than it already is!
Our product team always has plenty of irons in the fire! That being said, you can expect some big changes and improvements coming towards our Career Module in the form of:
● Individual Development Plans
● Succession Planning
● Internal Job Postings
Not to mention a brand new “Insights” section coming to our Performance Reviews Module that will help our users leverage performance review data even more efficiently! You can always learn more about upcoming features by visiting our roadmap!
