Teamflect Earns Momentum Leader Status in G2's Winter 2026 Reports

G2’s Winter 2026 reports are out, and Teamflect showed up in more places than ever before! This season, we were included in 89 reports and received 13 badges across OKRs, performance management, meetings, and related categories. 

It’s the kind of result that makes you stop, look twice, and take a moment to appreciate how far things have come.

One result, in particular, stood out.

Ranked #6 in G2’s Momentum Grid® for OKRs

 In the Momentum Grid® Report for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) | Winter 2026, Teamflect ranked 6th out of 69 tools.

The Momentum Grid® combines user satisfaction with a Momentum Score to highlight products experiencing rapid growth. The Momentum Score itself looks at changes in web and social presence, employee growth, and review velocity over the past year. Products in the Leader tier of the Momentum Grid (like ours) rank in the top quarter of their category based on this momentum and satisfaction, signalling that they’re rising fast while keeping users happy. Ending up in the top 10 shows just how strongly Teamflect is gaining traction.

Given how central OKRs are to alignment, execution, and day-to-day focus, that result meant a lot to our team. It’s a strong signal that what we’re building fits naturally into how organizations work.
