How did you discover Teamflect?

What were you guys doing before Teamflect? Were you using Excel templates and things like that?
Yes, very manual. I was using probably three different tools in the end to get everything I needed. There was a Word document for the self-

assessment, a survey tool to find out who collaborators should be for a 360 review, and Excel for the manager assessment. Very cumbersome. Teamflect brought all of that together and made it such a smooth, streamlined process.
What do you use Teamflect primarily for?
Performance reviews — that's where we started. We became a customer earlier this year and the driver was performance reviews. We went through a full performance cycle,

which was phenomenal. It was so easy having it all online, and a great experience for both our managers and our employees. We loved having everything centralized. It facilitated the self-review, the 360 feedback, and the manager component, so it really streamlined our process and made it a positive experience for everybody. After that, we just recently rolled out both the feedback module and the recognition module — actually just this week — and it's already gaining some great momentum.

What do you think of the customer service and support at Teamflect?
I've talked to them a lot. I've been implementing this myself and it's really easy and intuitive to implement on your own, but of course I've always had some questions or been trying to figure out how to incorporate a specific requirement. And
00:02:49whenever I've logged a support ticket, the turnaround has been fast. Sometimes I'm asking for an enhancement and they'll give me a timeframe on when that might get into the system, but if it's a how-to question, within a day I've got my answer. It's been great.
How was the rollout process in your organization? Was it difficult or easy?
It was very easy. We've done it in phases. The reviews module is probably one of the most robust,

and that's where we started. It was so easy to adjust, there are a lot of great templates already in place, and it was easy to create my own as well. That was a really smooth process. What are some of the challenges you face day in and day out, and has Teamflect helped with any of those?
Being a remote organization, the sense of collaboration, belonging, and culture can be challenging, because people aren't in an office setting where they can talk and recognize and celebrate one another. Teamflect has helped us in that regard, because we've got this great tool that allows us to easily recognize one another, celebrate achievements, and acknowledge when somebody's

The fact that it integrates with Teams and everything is posted to our Teams channel means we can see in real time when people are being recognized, and they can go in and comment.
