Teamflect, with its engaging features, excellent support, and seamless integration with Teams, was the ideal solution for CCI. So the fact that Teamflect was in Teams and that's what our people were using every day and and it's in the flow of work meant they didn't need to like they weren't opening another system to look at their goals so actually by integrate by having something that was integrated into Teams and just there as you do your daily work um that was kind of one of the core reasons because I wanted to be in the flow of work and I wanted people to be using using that to to kind of set out

00:00:42
to determine where they focus we had a lot of complaints about our old system and so we actually went with a team that was most vocal to pilot Teamflect and they loved it and they said it was a step change from what they had before and on the back of that pilo. We then went live with the rest of the organization so the feedback's been really really positive you know in terms of keeping people focused on what they need to focus on in the flow of work the motivation that people have um in terms of the visualization you

00:01:21
know and seeing things progress I suppose. For me personally I use it with my team so we have our team goals which are connected to our annual priorities and it really helped. We believe as a team this is the people and culture team that we've delivered we've been super focused as a team because we we review our goals as a team every month to say have we made progress you know okay we haven't made progress here what do we need to do to bring it forward so just actually corralling the

00:01:54
team around this is what we're focusing on as a team it's driven a lot of motivation and engagement and also brought the team together. We've shifted we shift to a philosophy of anyone can be a leader it's not about titles or you know having people reporting into you it's about influence and impact, and so we want to put in place things that are empowering for people and Teamflect has been a really empowering tool because you own the agenda you can set the agenda. It's not the manager asked to set

00:02:22
it you, you drive it. I can add as well you can get your own feedback you know I can get feedback but you can get your own feedback and kind of proactively drive things you put your taskbar along and and say where where you're at and how you're driving things or or where you need help. So it's really kind of helped us from a cultural perspective reinforcing the culture of empowerment. Teamflect, more than any of the other kind of tech companies I've engaged with and obviously it's a bit smaller I

00:02:56
suppose but, really listens to customers really listens to customers and develops based on on clients requests and needs and everything else.
