I think first of all it's the setup of our OKR goals into the platform, how you set it up, and then how it gets managed on a weekly basis to track all of these goals and tasks that run into the platform. Also the way it communicates

Daily now we've got our OKRs built into Teamflect, with all the tasks flowing down from that. The OKR is there for the year — the year strategy and the year plan — but then every week and every month we do the

The drill-down on the tasks, applying those tasks to the various teams that need to execute them, and tracking progress on our goals — that's what we're using it for at the moment. What we're looking at expanding is implementing the review and feedback sessions built into the Teamflect platform as well, and linking the OKR success

We had some specific questions that weren't typical in the Microsoft Teams environment, and they helped us build solutions for those. For instance, we've got a few different companies on Microsoft Teams, so it was a matter of figuring out how to manage those different companies and set things up so that everyone can use Teamflect across the different
