Teamflect Earns Leader Status in G2's Spring 2026 Reports

G2's Spring 2026 reports are out, and this season came with two results we've been working toward for a while. Teamflect was named a Leader in the Grid® Report for Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and a High Performer in the Grid® Report for Performance Management.

There's one detail in there that matters more than the rest. In Winter 2026, Teamflect was a Momentum Leader in OKRs. This season, we moved up to full Leader. That's the part we want to unpack first.

Named a Leader in G2's Grid® for OKRs

Leader status in a G2 Grid® Report means two things: the product is rated highly by users, and it has substantial Satisfaction and Market Presence scores. That second part is what separates a Leader from a Momentum Leader. Momentum tracks how fast a product is growing. Leader recognizes products that have grown, stayed widely adopted, and kept users happy along the way.

The shift from Winter to Spring matters to us because it tells a specific story. The teams who started using Teamflect kept using it, kept renewing, and kept telling G2 why. In OKRs specifically, it confirms something we've believed since day one: goal-setting software only works when it lives where the work happens, and for most of our customers, that's Microsoft Teams.

A recent G2 review captured that well:

"Teamflect has good integration with the Office 365 suite, which makes it easy to access for organizations built on Microsoft. Not a lot of other OKR platforms we investigated had the same functionality."Verified G2 Review

Comments like that reflect what we hear from customers all the time. Deep OKR functionality inside the Microsoft ecosystem is hard to find, and it's a big part of why teams stay.

High Performer in Performance Management

The High Performer badge recognizes products with high customer satisfaction scores. It's a direct read on how users actually feel about the tool after they've lived with it through a full performance cycle, and Spring 2026 marks another season where Teamflect earned it.

Performance management is where things tend to fall apart inside most companies. Review cycles drag. Feedback sits unanswered. Goals get referenced once at kickoff and then disappear until the next evaluation. The High Performer result tells us that for a meaningful number of teams, that pattern is breaking.

One verified G2 reviewer described the shift this way:

"We love how perfectly it fits into Microsoft Teams & Outlook. We log in with our Microsoft account and it is good to go. It also has pretty much every single performance management feature we need."Verified G2 Review

Consolidation across regions, managers, and review cycles is what performance management looks like when it actually works. Hearing that from customers is what the High Performer badge represents to us.

Why These Results Matter

Leader in OKRs and High Performer in Performance Management, together, point at the two halves of what Teamflect is built for: the goals teams set, and the conversations that happen around them. One without the other leaves gaps. Goals without reviews drift. Reviews without goals feel disconnected from real work.

Getting recognized in both categories this season tells us the product holds up across the full cycle, not just one slice of it. And because every part of it runs inside Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, it happens in the places where work is already getting done.

Thanks to the Teams Using Teamflect Every Day

Badges like these only exist because customers take the time to leave honest, detailed reviews. Each one shapes what we build next. We read every review, and we're grateful to everyone who has taken the time to tell G2 what's working and what could be better.

More is coming this year. Faster review workflows, better OKR insights, and deeper AI support inside the platforms your teams already use. Thanks for trusting Teamflect with your goals and your performance processes. We're excited about what's next.
