Teamflect Named a Leader in G2's Fall 2026 Reports

G2's Fall 2026 reports are out, and this is Teamflect's strongest season on the platform so far. We earned 38 badges across 37 reports, including four Leader badges and three Momentum Leader badges. Our recognition now spans five categories and five global regions.

Each season this year has added something new. In Spring, Teamflect moved up to Leader in G2's Grid® Report for OKRs. In Summer, every badge we earned came from the Enterprise tier. Fall is about reach, and one number puts it in perspective: G2 reports that only 2% of products on the platform earned a Leader badge this season.

Four Leader Badges in a Season Where Only 2% Earned One

Teamflect is a Leader on G2's overall Grid® Report for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and on the overall Grid® Report for Meeting Management. Both cover every market segment. We were also named a Leader on the Small-Business Grid® Reports for Meeting Management and for Performance Management.

Leader status requires high satisfaction and substantial market presence at the same time, which is why so few products reach it. Holding it in OKR tells us the teams who adopted our OKR software are still using it, still renewing and still telling G2 why.

Meeting Management is newer ground for us, and it's a natural fit. A lot of the work that drives performance happens in conversations, from 1-on-1 meetings inside Microsoft Teams to the check-ins that keep goals moving between review cycles.

Momentum Leader in Three Categories

Teamflect was named a Momentum Leader in OKR, Performance Management and Meeting Management. G2's Momentum Grid® measures trajectory: growth in reviews, employees, web presence and social following over time. It's a read on direction, and it rewards products that keep growing season after season.

That puts Teamflect among the fastest-growing performance management platforms on G2, three seasons running.

Recognized Across Five Global Regions

The biggest change this season is where our recognition comes from. Teamflect earned 28 High Performer badges, and many of them came from regional reports covering the UK, Europe, EMEA, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific. We also earned High Performer on Mid-Market grids in EMEA and the Middle East & Africa.

Six of this season's ten new badges came from EMEA, Europe or the Middle East & Africa. Our review base is becoming more international every quarter, and the reports now show it.

That reach extends beyond our core categories. Task management inside Microsoft Teams earned High Performer on the overall grid, the Mid-Market grid and several regional grids, including Asia Pacific. Employee engagement surveys and the rest of our engagement toolkit earned High Performer across Europe, EMEA and the Middle East & Africa.

For a product built natively for Microsoft Teams, this makes sense. Teams is used by organizations everywhere, and a tool that lives inside it goes wherever those organizations do.

Easiest To Do Business With in Enterprise, Again

In the Enterprise segment, Teamflect earned both Best Support and Easiest To Do Business With in the Relationship Index for Performance Management, and Easiest To Do Business With in the Relationship Index for OKR. We were also named a High Performer on the Enterprise Grid® Reports for both categories.

This is the second season running that we've earned these Relationship Index badges. It's the clearest thread in what our customers tell G2: Teamflect is easy to work with, and when something needs attention, they get help quickly. That's also the standard we built Teamflect's Enterprise Plan around.

Why These Results Matter

Leader badges in our core categories and High Performer badges across five regions show two different things. The first is that Teamflect is good at what it does. The second is that this holds for teams in different countries and at different company sizes. This season, G2 reviewers confirmed both.

In Summer, our story was Enterprise. This season, Teamflect is a Leader with global reach. Because everything runs inside Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, it works the same way wherever those teams are.
