Teamflect is launching a brand new enterprise performance management plan, with new security controls, compliance, and a level of personal service never-before seen in the HR software space.

Teamflect is the performance management software of choice for many global enterprises, with companies like Securitas and Invacare deploying it across continents and serving tens of thousands of users.  These organizations trust Teamflect not just because of its extensive and unmatched features that set Teamflect apart from the competition but also because of its enterprise-grade security.

As these deployments have scaled, the conversations around data security have shifted. Procurement teams and Chief Information Security Officers began asking us about more advanced security protocols, such as dedicated cloud infrastructure, data residency controls, bring-your-own-key (BYOK), and more.

To answer all of those requests and more, we are launching Teamflect Enterprise, a new plan that builds upon our existing enterprise offerings with the following new features:

  • Dedicated cloud infrastructure
  • Customer-managed encryption keys
  • Data residency controls
  • Custom retention & deletion policies
  • Advanced security & logging
  • White-glove implementation
  • Expert advisory hours
  • Custom integrations & API support
  • Custom Power BI dashboards

Why we built Teamflect for Enterprises

The signals have been consistent for the past year. Large customers evaluating Teamflect or already using it at scale have been asking for a tier that aligns with their security, IT, and compliance functions.

Teams processing tens of thousands of employee records want their own environment, their own keys, their own retention rules, and a partner who can help them deploy and optimize at that scale.

The Enterprise plan is what those customers need.

What is new in Teamflect for Enterprises

Here is what the new plan adds on top of everything already included in Teamflect Professional.

1. Dedicated cloud infrastructure

Your Teamflect instance runs on isolated infrastructure with dedicated resources:

  • Separate Database
  • Separate Application Layer
  • No Shared Components with Other Tenants

Built for organizations with strict isolation and compliance requirements.

2. Customer-managed encryption keys (Bring Your Own Key)

Enterprise customers can now encrypt their Teamflect data with keys they hold and manage themselves. With BYOK, you can:

  • Rotate keys on your own schedule.
  • Revoke Teamflect's access at any time.
  • Audit every key operation through your existing key management service.

For regulated industries and global operations, BYOK is now a baseline requirement. The Enterprise plan meets that bar.

3. Data residency controls

Host your Teamflect data in any region where Microsoft Azure operates a datacenter. Choose the location that meets your data sovereignty requirements and aligns with your internal compliance framework.

Teamflect already has a wide network of datacenters across the US, EU, Singapore, UAE, Canada etc. With the enterprise plan you can request your data to be hosted anywhere in the world.

4. Custom retention & deletion policies

Administrators can configure granular retention rules at the module, record, or employee level to meet GDPR, CCPA, and internal policy requirements.

Performance reviews, feedback entries, goals, surveys, and meeting notes can each get their own policy and automated deletion workflows run on schedule. This can be used to automatically delete performance reviews older than 5 years to meet internal records policies.

5. Advanced security & logging

Enterprise includes IP allowlisting, granular role-based permissions, and detailed audit logs that stream to Splunk, Datadog, Microsoft Sentinel, or any other SIEM in real time.

Every admin action, every data access event, every configuration change is captured and delivered to the tools your security operations team already watches.

6. White-glove implementation

We already offered pretty comprehensive deployment and implementation processes for organizations of all sizes, making onboarding and roll-out simple, secure, and effective. Our Enterprise Plan takes that to the next level.

Teamflect for Enterprises includes a dedicated team of implementation specialists who work alongside your HR and IT teams from initial configuration through company-wide launch.

You get direct access to senior experts instead of a standard support queue. Decisions do not wait on async threads. The goal is a shorter time-to-value and a cleaner handoff between IT, HR, and the managers & employees who will actually use the product day-to-day.

7. Expert advisory hours

Enterprise customers also get flexible advisory hours with Teamflect's HR and performance management experts. Use them however your team needs most. Design a review cycle that fits your performance philosophy. Build an OKR framework that actually cascades. Train managers at scale. Plan a multi-region rollout sequence that respects local labor requirements.

This is the part of enterprise HR software buying that usually ends up outsourced to a consultancy. The Enterprise plan brings it in-house.

8. Custom integrations and API support

Enterprise deployments rarely live in isolation. They connect to HRIS systems of record, payroll, identity providers, business intelligence tools, and internal data warehouses.

Teamflect for Enterprises includes direct partnership with our engineering team for building custom HRIS integrations, hands-on API configuration support, and dedicated help connecting performance data into Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms for enterprise-wide reporting.

The result is a performance layer that fits inside your existing data architecture rather than sitting beside it.

9. Custom Power BI dashboards

Speaking of Power BI, enterprise customers work directly with Teamflect's business intelligence engineers to design and build custom Power BI dashboards tailored to their organization's reporting needs.

Surface the performance, engagement, and talent insights your leadership team actually wants to see, in the format they want to see them, refreshed on the cadence they operate on.

Who should move to Teamflect for Enterprises

The Enterprise plan is built for larger organizations with serious security and compliance requirements. If your company is scaling past a few thousand employees, running deployments across multiple regions, or sitting inside a security review that asks about customer-managed keys, SIEM integration, and dedicated infrastructure, the Enterprise plan is the right tier.

What is next

Enterprise is where this tier begins, not where it ends. The plan will continue to expand as our enterprise customers tell us what they need next from their performance management and HR stack.

Teamflect Enterprise plan is available now. If your organization is evaluating performance management inside Microsoft 365 and needs any of the infrastructure, security, implementation, or reporting capabilities described here, feel free to schedule a demo with one of our product experts.
