G2's Summer 2026 reports are out, and this is one of the strongest seasons Teamflect has had on the platform so far. We earned 8 badges across 7 reports, spanning our two core categories: Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Performance Management.
Each season this year has told its own story. The Winter badges were about momentum. In Spring, Teamflect was named a Leader in G2's Grid® Report for OKRs. This season, one detail stands out above the badge count itself: every single badge came from the Enterprise tier.
G2 splits its seasonal reports by market segment, from Small Business up to Enterprise, based on the size of the companies behind the verified reviews. The Enterprise reports draw exclusively on feedback from users at the largest organizations. These are companies with strict security requirements and complex structures, and they have very little patience for software that demands constant attention.
That is the segment where all 8 of our Summer badges were earned. For a product built natively for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, that means a lot. Large organizations are the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem, and these results show Teamflect holding up exactly where that ecosystem runs deepest.

Alongside its Grid® Reports, G2 publishes seasonal Index reports that score products on specific themes drawn from verified reviews. The badge in each Index goes to the product with the highest score on that metric within its segment.
In the Enterprise OKR Indexes, Teamflect earned the top-metric badge in all four: Best Usability in the Usability Index, Users Most Likely to Recommend in the Results Index, Easiest Doing Business With in the Relationship Index, and Easiest Setup in the Implementation Index. Together they cover the full arc of using a product: getting started, the day-to-day experience, the working relationship, and whether users would tell a peer to buy it. Teamflect was also named a High Performer on the Enterprise Grid® for OKR, which recognizes high customer satisfaction alongside a growing presence in the enterprise market.
On the Performance Management side, the Enterprise Relationship Index gave Teamflect two badges in a single report: Highest Quality of Support and Easiest Doing Business With. We were also named a High Performer on the Enterprise Grid® for Performance Management.
Relationship Index results are a read on life after purchase. An enterprise performance cycle can involve hundreds of managers and thousands of reviews, all running against deadlines that don't move. When something needs fixing mid-cycle, support quality decides whether the process stalls or keeps moving. Earning the top support score in the segment tells us that HR teams running their review cycles on our performance management software are getting answers when it counts.
Across 7 reports and two categories, the badges keep repeating the same message. Enterprise users find Teamflect easy to set up, easy to use, well supported, and worth recommending. One badge can be a good season. The same signal across every Index we entered is a pattern.
It's worth being precise about the Grid® results, too. High Performer recognizes products with high satisfaction scores and a growing market presence. That is an honest description of where Teamflect stands in the enterprise segment right now: a footprint that is still growing, and high satisfaction from the large organizations already on board. It is also important to note that Teamflect's presence in the Enterprise HR Software landscape is stronger than ever and is here to stay.
