Bora Unlu is the co-founder and CEO of Teamflect, a performance management and employee engagement platform built for Microsoft Teams and Outlook. He has more than 10 years of experience in data management and strategic leadership, and his work focuses on how organizations build performance cultures with HR technology.
Bora writes about performance reviews, OKRs, 360 feedback and HR technology. On the Teamflect blog he has published evaluation frameworks for performance review, OKR and 360 feedback software, along with posts on what he learned while building Teamflect. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where his Council Posts cover AI in performance reviews and customer control in enterprise SaaS security, and he has written for The Cloud Awards. Before Teamflect, he worked in business intelligence and analytics roles. He holds an MBA from Sabancı University and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University.
