The 2026 SaaS Awards shortlist is out, and Teamflect earned a place in every category we entered. Four applications, four shortlist spots: Best Enterprise-Level SaaS Product, Best SaaS Product with 1,000+ Licensed Users, Best SaaS Solution for HR and Workforce Management, and Highest Customer Satisfaction with a SaaS Product.

What I keep coming back to isn't the number. It's the choice of categories. We picked four that look at the product from four different directions. Can it support complex organizations? Can it scale to large user bases? Is it solving a real problem in HR and workforce management? And the one I care about most, are the people who use it every day genuinely happy with it? Clearing the first bar in all four tells us the answer holds up no matter which direction you come at it from.

This lands in a strong stretch for us. Earlier this year Teamflect was named a Leader in G2's Spring Grid® Report for OKRs, and we picked up eight Enterprise badges in G2's Summer reports. The SaaS Awards look at the product through a different lens, so a shortlist here adds a signal the review platforms don't capture on their own.

What the SaaS Awards Are, and What the Shortlist Means

The SaaS Awards have recognized software companies worldwide since 2016, and the program runs in three stages: Shortlist, Finalist, and Winner. Entries are judged rather than scored from public reviews, which makes the awards a different kind of signal from G2 or Capterra. A shortlist place means our entry cleared the first round of judging against a large international field.

It's worth being precise about what that does and doesn't mean. We haven't won anything yet. The Finalist and Winner rounds are still ahead. What the shortlist confirms is that, across four categories, the case we made for Teamflect held up under review. The field we're listed alongside includes names like PagerDuty, Ivanti, and commercetools on the enterprise side, and BambooHR and Papaya Global in HR and workforce management. That's the company we want to be keeping.

Best Enterprise-Level SaaS Product

This category is judged on how well a product handles the demands of large organizations: reducing complexity, improving efficiency, and holding up on security and compliance. For a product built natively for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, it's the category that matters most. Large organizations are where the Microsoft ecosystem runs deepest, and it's where we've put the most work this year. We recently launched Teamflect's Enterprise Plan, a tier with security and service features designed for exactly these environments. A shortlist place here says that work is being noticed.

Best SaaS Product with 1,000+ Licensed Users

This one is about scale. Entrants have to show the product stays reliable and responsive as the user base grows into the thousands. In performance management, scale is where a lot of tools quietly break. A review cycle that runs smoothly for fifty people can stall completely at three thousand, when the deadlines don't move and every manager needs the software to hold up. Being shortlisted here reflects the organizations already running Teamflect at that size, inside the Microsoft 365 environment their teams live in.

Best SaaS Solution for HR and Workforce Management

This category speaks to fit. It covers the full span of HR and workforce management, from the employee experience through performance management, engagement, and development. Being shortlisted here, alongside established HR platforms, tells us Teamflect is read as a serious answer to a core HR need rather than a point tool bolted onto Microsoft Teams. The full performance and engagement cycle running inside Teams and Outlook is what puts us in that conversation.

Highest Customer Satisfaction with a SaaS Product

This is the one I care about most. The category is judged on evidence of customer satisfaction: case studies, testimonials, CSAT and NPS data, and reviews. It's the hardest category to talk your way into, because the proof has to come from customers rather than from us. Being shortlisted here connects directly to what we've been seeing elsewhere. The G2 High Performer results and the Capterra and Software Advice placements all point the same way. When the satisfaction signal shows up across independent programs that measure it differently, it stops looking like one platform's quirk and starts looking like a pattern.

Why All Four Matter Together

Any one shortlist place could be read as a category quirk. Four, in categories we chose specifically to test different parts of the product, is harder to dismiss. Enterprise readiness, scale, HR fit, and customer satisfaction come together into four views of the same thing: whether a performance management platform built for Microsoft 365 holds up in large organizations doing real work. The shortlist says it can. Now we want to go further in the rounds ahead.

Thanks to the Teams Using Teamflect Every Day

The customer satisfaction entry in particular rested on our customers. The case studies and review scores behind that shortlist place came from people who took the time to tell us, and others, what Teamflect does for them. Thank you. Everything we build next is shaped by what you tell us.
